The scope of the MSc Business Psychology & HRM postgraduate programme is the study of human behaviour in the workplace. The programme combines material from the field of psychology (consulting, psychometrics etc.) as well as Business Management (Human Resource Management, corporate strategy etc.). Designed by academics and top executives of multinational groups, it is validated by the QAA (Quality Assurance Agency), the UK Authority supervising tertiary education institutes in the UK. It is addressed to psychologists, HR executives and managers who want to enrich and deepen their knowledge in management. It aims to promote high-level HR executives who will contribute to the professional success and personal well-being of the employees, as well as the prosperity and effectiveness of the organisation as a whole.
The programme has a duration of 1 year (full-time attendance) or 2 years (part-time attendance). Its completion leads to a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology & HRM by the award-winning UK-based University of West London. Lessons are conducted in Greek or in English. Working students also have the option to attend remotely by using the Blended Learning system, which employs advanced digital teaching systems.

Dr. Zoi Anagnostidou graduated from the Economics Department of the University of Thessaly in 2004. Following, she received a postgraduate degree in Management with Marketing from the University of Bath (UK), and a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour from the Athens University of Economics and Business (Department of Marketing & Communications).
Since 2008, she has been teaching marketing and communication and has worked as a freelance analyst-consultant on various projects. Her current research interests lie in the area of Consumer Behaviour and Psychology, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.
