The higher the number of market channels used to convey a message, the more valuable are those professionals who can weigh and propose a combination with the proper distribution of the advertising budget that will achieve the highest share of voice in the market. However, a campaign’s quality characteristics also need to be evaluated. Which of the concepts proposed by an advertising agency is the most effective one? Based on what criteria? Which campaign achieves the ideal balance in the dilemma of direct sales vs. image building? How are social media, influencers, brand ambassadors, sponsors used? How can the performance of each option be measured?
Regarding all of these questions, the MSc Marketing in Advertising and PR graduate is in a position to not only answer, but also design an effective integrated communication strategy that includes all channels and mechanisms forming public opinion for each product, service, company or market organisation. Great importance is also attached to communication within a company, as it is crucial to the cultivation of a positive climate, the rapid completion of tasks, the avoidance of failures, the prevention and successful resolution of crises, the motivation and reward of employees and, in general, the company’s smooth operation.
