If you would like to become a part of the vibrant global hotel industry, the one-year Hospitality – Diploma in Resort and Hotels Operation Management will grant you all the skills you need to launch a competitive career.

Brown Hotel Internships

As part of your Spring Semester, you will complete a 16-week Internship at any of the hotels and resorts of Brown Hotels you prefer. As part of your Autumn Semester, you may join a 4-week Internship at any of the hotels and resorts of Brown Hotels you prefer. This opportunity will enhance your knowledge with real-world experience in a fast-growing hotel company and help you build your network of industry contacts.

Programme Characteristics

  1. The professors of the Programme are prestigious personalities in their field, with a rich portfolio of publications in the international scientific community, long experience and excellent relations with the job market.
  2. Practical training (internship) is paid and can take place at Brown Hotels worldwide or in any 5-star hotel establishments that cooperate directly with BCA College: Four Seasons, Intercontinental, Hilton, Marriott, Grand Hyatt, Radisson Blu, Wyndham, Nikki Beach, Grecotel, Aldemar, Mitsis Hotels, Ikos – Sani Resorts etc. This means that studies are directly related to the market and students can map their future professional field, which helps them make better choices. Over 80% of our graduates have been recruited and work in the above hotel Groups in Greece and abroad.
  3. Each class consists of 14 students on average.

Δρ. Χριστίνα Κωνσταντινίδου

Η Δρ. Χριστίνα Κωνσταντινίδου έχει λάβει το διδακτορικό της τίτλο (DBA) στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων από το Nottingham Trent University. Είναι κάτοχος MBA με Distinction από το Kingston University και MA με Άριστα στην Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων από το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο.  Παράλληλα, διαθέτει ένα BA Honours First Class στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων από το Kingston University και ένα BH με Άριστα στις Ανθρωπιστικές Σπουδές και συγκεκριμένα στον Ευρωπαϊκό Πολιτισμό με πλήρη υποτροφία από το ΕΑΠ.

Έχει μακρά επαγγελματική προϋπηρεσία στον ξενοδοχειακό και τουριστικό χώρο. Επί 23 συναπτά χρόνια έχει διατελέσει Γενική Διευθύντρια στο ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα Porto Hydra (4 αστέρων, 300 δωματίων – 700 κλινών) με πολλές βραβεύσεις και διεθνείς αναγνωρίσεις.

Επιτέλεσε Γενική Διευθύντρια στην εταιρεία “Time Share Hellas S.A.” για 3 έτη και συντέλεσε στην ανάδειξη εναλλακτικών τουριστικών προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών.

Για 21 συνεχή έτη ήταν μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της ανώνυμης εταιρείας Ακτή Πλέπι που συνέβαλε δραστικά στην ανάπτυξη του τουριστικού γίγνεσθαι του νομού Αργολίδας και επί 8 έτη Διευθύνουσα Σύμβουλος της ανώνυμης εταιρείας «Διαχειριστική Α.Ε.». Από το 2017 συνεργάζεται με το BCA College ως ακαδημαϊκό στέλεχος. Tο 2018 ανέλαβε τη διεύθυνση του τμήματος Hospitality & Tourism Management του BCA, ενώ από το τέλος του 2019 έχει αναλάβει τη Γενική Διεύθυνση του BCA College.

Διαθέτει μεγάλη εκπαιδευτική εμπειρία στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Υπήρξε Module Leader σε πολλές εκπαιδευτικές θεματικές του BCA College σε συνεργασία με το Plymouth University και το University of West London. Επίσης, έχει συνεργαστεί εκπαιδευτικά με το AGSM και το «University Degli Studio Guglielmo Marconi».

Υπήρξε κεντρική ομιλήτρια σε συνέδρια και workshops πολλών ελληνικών και πολυεθνικών επιχειρήσεων. Επιπλέον, έχει διεξάγει πολλές ομιλίες και σεμινάρια στο πλαίσιο του project HoReCa Empowered, που υποστηρίζεται από το kariera.gr και χρηματοδοτείται από την 3E-Coca Cola. Ενώ, έχει προσφέρει εθελοντικά τις υπηρεσίες της ως μέντορας σχετικά με το Youth and Women Empowered υπό τον συντονισμό της 3E-Coca Cola και του kariera.gr Παράλληλα, έχει δώσει πολλές διαλέξεις σε διάφορα projects που υποστηρίζονται από το Regeneration και χρηματοδοτούνται από την Τράπεζα Πειραιώς.

Έχει δημοσιεύσει αρκετά άρθρα σε εφημερίδες και περιοδικά. Το ενδιαφέρον της επικεντρώνεται στην Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων, στις νέες τάσεις του Hybrid και Blending Learning, στον Ψηφιακό Μετασχηματισμό και στον τομέα του Τουρισμού και της Φιλοξενίας.
