The academic year at BCA begins on October 15 of each year and ends on June 15 of the following year. The educational work of each academic year is organized in two semesters, the autumn and the spring semester, each of which includes 13 weeks of teaching and two or three weeks of examinations.
This category includes those who are graduates of a high school in Greece or abroad.

New Students
This category includes those who hold a degree from a higher education institution in Greece or abroad or hold a vocational training certificate with extensive work experience.
The supporting documents required for the admission of new students to the Master Degrees of BCA College are described below.
After examining the candidate student and fulfilling the required conditions, a personal interview with a representative of BCA College will follow.
Transfer Students
This category includes those who are or have been students in a postgraduate program at a higher education institution in Greece or abroad.

This category includes those who wish to train in various cognitive subjects and focuses on Lifelong Learning.
Participants must send us the completed application form for the respective program-workshop which they wish to attend with a copy of their ID or Passport.

The complete International Undergraduate Student Application includes:

€ 100 non-refundable file processing fee paid by Bank Draft at BCA College.
For students who have attended college or university and wish to transfer courses, a formal grading or transcript of the courses taken is additionally required.
The complete International Student Postgraduate Application includes:
Personal statement with your knowledge, skills, abilities and professional experience.
Academic Qualifications:
Knowledge of English: Applicants wishing to attend our postgraduate courses must submit one of the following certifications:
Proof of English Language Proficiency:
IELTS: score of 6.5 or above (minimum score of 6.0 in each component),
Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency of English (CPE): Pass at C1 Level,
Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE): Grade C and above
Cambridge 1st Certificate in English: (FCE) Grade B and above
Examination for the Certificate Proficiency in English (ECPE): P (Pass) and above
Pearson Academic (PTE): 53 (with a minimum score of 51 in each component).
BCA IELTS Placement Test: a minimum score of 6.5 (with a minimum score of 6.0 in each component).

This category includes those who are or have been students at a foreign university, college, university, technical institute or vocational school and wish to transfer the credits they have acquired during their studies.
Prospective students who have already successfully completed at least one year of study are admitted directly to the next stage of study, as the case may be.
