This module will cover the following areas: training and development needs assessment, creation of appropriate learning objectives, design and development of programmes, evaluation of programme efficiency and effectiveness, benefits and drawbacks of commercial programmes, alternative methods and in-house design, diversity management, performance management framework and steps, performance incentives, performance assessment approaches, progressive discipline and continuous improvement processes (review and enhancement).
