Mentoring, Coaching and Counseling in the Workplace

The module is an introduction to mentoring, coaching and counselling in an organization and as such, it will emphasize on the models of coaching and mentoring and the four key approaches to counselling. The module is designed to cover topics relating to diversity, teams, and ethics and values in an organization on the one hand and reflective practice on the other. It is, moreover, designed to help practitioners develop skills and capabilities that are key to their own development and growth and ultimately key to driving growth and change in the organization.
