Business Psychology

The syllabus of this module draws on major business psychology themes, such as social learning in an organizational context, employee relations and motivation, organisational structure, culture and change, leadership, perception and communication considerations, decision-making, conflict management and negotiations, and behaviour in a group context. These will be preceded by an introduction to psychological perspectives on organizational issues, the psychological underpinnings of employee evaluation and selection and the psychological underpinnings of issues such as decision making and behaviour.
