Mr. Tzigkounakis holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Wales College οf Cardiff (UK), a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Crete and is a certified Project Management Practitioner (PRINCE2).

He has extensive experience in managing IT departments and projects in Greece, Dubai and London within various sectors (public sector telecoms & energy, food manufacturing, retail, financial services, FMCG). Among others, he has worked for Warner Lambert SA, ICAP AE, Danone SA (Papadopoulos Biscuits), Hellenic Telecommunications Commission, Gnosis Consultants. Currently, he is working for the Regulatory Authority for Energy, managing digital transformation projects. During his academic experience he has delivered Project Management and IT modules to L7-L4 students at the University of West London.
