Konstantinos Tsatsaris

I grew up in Manna, a small village in mountainous Corinthia.

My parents and I grew apples, Corinthian raisins, vines with agiorgitiko and olive oil.The contact with the land made me respect it more and more and I saw first hand a branch waking up to blossom and the moment when I would pick its fruits.

In 2005 I made my first wine with the help of my grandfather through his experience and continued to read while trying different techniques and styles.

I came to Athens for the first time in 2010 to study

Without knowing anything about catering and service and slowly I got my first degree as a wine maker while I was working and studying

Currently I am working at Kava Nectar

as Wine Manager

At the same time I am doing wine consulting (Abra ovata Limni Vouliagmeni, Aperitivo Pizza Bar, Iolkos fish rest, il basiliko Italian rest, Nakal beach Rest, Hyde and Seek, etc )

My experience in restaurants as a wine consultant (Island Athens Riviera, Athenee, San Giorgio Mykonos, Fresh Hotel, etc)
