This module’s overarching objective is to develop students’ understanding and evaluation of Sustainable Leadership and Resource Management Strategy within Hospitality organisations.

The module introduces students to a wide range of models, theories and topics on Leadership and highlights central debates in the field. Furthermore, it covers traditional approaches and current and critical Leadership issues from a theoretical and a practical perspective.

The Module will thoroughly discuss the vital role of sustainable leadership and strategy in the design and implementation of initiatives and protocols that an organization in the Hospitality Industry should develop with respect to:
