Spiridon Chondrogiannis, a distinguished graduate of the Department of Financial and Banking Administration at the University of Piraeus, boasts a multitude of distinctions and scholarships. He obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a Mini MBA from the International Business Management Institute, and numerous relevant certifications from domestic and international educational institutions such as SHRM-SCP, COPC, and Green Belt Six Sigma (6σ). Additionally, he is a certified assessor of the Best Workplaces organization.

Throughout his over a decade of professional experience in Human Resource Management, he has held positions as Head of HR/HR Business Partner, Employee Relations & Engagement Expert, Ethical Headhunter, and IT Recruitment Expert, accumulating significant expertise within prominent organizations. His contributions were duly recognized in 2022-2023 when he was acknowledged as one of the top 100 most active and influential in-house HR Executives in the Greek market. Currently, he holds the position of Head of HR at AMPLUS Technologies, a well-known IT company.

His professional journey includes initiatives such as conducting training needs analysis, designing and implementing training programs, and developing career progression programs. Furthermore, he has been involved in performance management systems, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, as well as the development of measurement systems for key HR & Business metrics.
