The aims of this module are to provide students with advanced theoretical and practical background on which they will be able to build their expertise in activities such as: Commercial management, Competitive brokering; In-house brokering; Post fixing, and Operations.
The module will provide in depth understanding of the processes, implications and decisions of commercial ship management. The module will develop with a combination of theory analysis and interpretation, along with its application in practice, through class presentations, case studies, external speaker’s industry liaison enrichment, and interactive chartering procedures simulations.
