  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures for operations, keeping in line with the hotels Standards
  • Creating Job Descriptions / Proceed with hirings and trainings (SOP-FORBES-LQA)
  • Handle budgeting and control on expenses. Oversee inventory checks.
  • Assist in equipping all guest rooms and public areas during pre-opening
  • Quality management and accurate room- & public area checks/Creating Snagging Lists
  • Ensure smooth collaborations with all departments and third-parties; especially Front Office, Guest Experience, Maintenance, F&B & external laundry
  • Place all housekeeping relevant orders in time and within the budget
  • Regular execution and detailed documentation of inventory

  • Be fully responsible for all day-to-day operations, ensure smooth operation according to the company’s standards (SOP’s, policies procedures, and service standards.)
  • Lead meetings with the supervisors/managers of the individual departments and provide guidance.
  • Handle complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
  • Assist with check-ins/check-outs when necessary
  • Provide information to the Members Experience Team
  • Coordinate the Housekeeping team to meet check-in deadlines and inspect the rooms
  • Conduct regular inspections of property to identify damaged utilities and facilitate repair or replacement
  • Collaborate and communicate with external factors, such as suppliers, partners.
  • Assess and review customer satisfaction and offer proposals for improvement
  • Collaborate and assist event managers in organizing large-scale business events
  • Inspect the Food & Beverage department in the case of events or during the stay of VIPs.
  • Work with auditors to meet all requirements and conform to standards, Organize pest control activities
