Mr Athanasiou Vasilios has a wide experience as Chef in various main kitchens of hotels, validating him as a specialist in his field. He has also experience as tutor while he has won 1st prize in the category of food three times until today. He has obtained the title of Professional Course in Innovative cuisine in Spain in 2020. Also, in 2016 he has acquired the title of Eurochef by Le Monde in Greece. His desire to extend his learning has led him attend various seminars on haute cuisine, food styling, Coctails and carving buffets, French cuisine etc. characterized as excellent communicator, teamplayer, innovative and highly cooperative.
