Yannis Vogiatzis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Mass Media from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Warwick (England). In the past, he has worked as a journalist in various periodicals and magazines. Apart from teaching, he currently translates and edits books and essays in the humanities and social science fields, as well as works of literature and theatre. His main research interests cover the field of human communication, the (new and old) Mass Media, and theatre and literature as communicative apparatuses. He is also the director of the BCA Drama Society.
