Dr Sofia Batsila holds a Ph.D. in Marketing (Athens University of Economics and Business) and has notable research and teaching experience in strategic marketing, branding, marketing communications and entrepreneurship. Her research has been presented at international conferences such as the Global Marketing Conference (GMC) and the Corporate and Marketing Communications Conference (CMC). She has extensive consultancy experience in companies and organizations of the private and public sector such as Hellenic Ministry pf Foreign Affairs, IKEA, Vodafone, BMW etc… She is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at University of Macedonia and a Marketing & Business Development Manager at a private sector company .
