Mr. Artemios Alifragkis is holding a Master of Arts (MA) with Scholarship in Shipping Business (with Merit), from “London Metropolitan University”, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Shipping, Transport & Logistics (Path : Operations & Management) from “London Metropolitan University” and a Certificate Degree of “Computerized Accounting Specialist” with the accreditation of OEEK.

Since 2001, Mr. Alifragkis is working in the Human Resources Dept, as H.R. Supervisor, in one of the greatest Greek Shipping Bulk Carriers Company, owning and managing dry Bulk Carrier Vessels. His daily tasks include the stages of screening, programming and preparation of Seafarers in accordance with the National Conventions and Flag Regulations (IMO, MLC & Flag State), as well as general financial units (Budget units preparation), interview with candidates, and educational parameters.

He has attended a several number of Academic and Business Conferences as well as Seminars, expanding his cognitive and professional field.

At the same time, since 2008, he is lecturing and delivering modules, seminars and academic conferences in acclaimed Academic Organizations, in the Faculties of Shipping, Business and Finance.

His academic/lecturing fields includes the areas of Human Resources Management, Crew operations, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Operations, Marine Insurance, Shipping Transport Management & Logistics, Maritime Accounting, Interview Technics and Soft Skills, Shipping Finance Policy, Warehouse Management, Shipping & Finance Management, Organizational Behavior, HR Management and Leadership, as well as specialized seminars and courses for executives in the Shipping, Finance and Business sector.

He is also a key speaker and panelist in many shipping and business executive forums in the sector of HR and Finance.
