Aggeliki Plouma

Aggeliki Plouma has served in many different executive and operational positions in companies and organizations (Human Resources, Internal Audit, Academic Head of Studies, and Public Relations). She has worked for a long time as an adult educator, academic teacher, consultant, coach) She has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has been certified from Gestalt Institution as a trainer and consultant in Life Purpose, and Conflict Mediator in Greece and abroad. She specializes in experiential education and has teaching experience in this subject at the University of Edinburgh, where she attended courses at a doctorate level. She has also coordinated the organization of the first experiential education conference in Greece in 2008 for the European Association of Experiential Educators.

She was responsible for 12 years for the Department of Human Resources Development, in one of the largest organizations in the field of Health and was for 4 years an elected member of its Ethics Committee. She works as a coach for senior executives in Greece and abroad, whom she also trains in the fields of personal development, leadership and crisis and conflict management. She has authored the book “Lives that stand out, stories that transform”, published by Fildisi 2016, which was nominated for the Public Awards, in the Essay category. She is a regular contributor to HR PROFESSIONAL and the online magazine “Entrepreneur” on coaching, leadership, personal development and management, as well as an award-winning author of literary works. Her personal mission is to support executives and individuals in finding and utilizing their skills and talents by drawing more and more satisfaction from their lives and activities.
