BCA College is co-creating in collaboration with Generation Y, International e-Business Hub, a leading company in the field of digital transformation, the new innovative Master’s Program “MSc Marketing (Digital Marketing)”.

With a strategic message of “Master through Experience”, our innovative Master’s Program marries the academic method with applied knowledge and market experience in real time customer cases, contributing catalytically to the development of the new generation of executives through experiential upskilling and reskilling.

The aim of the program is to pass on to the students the knowledge, experience and multidimensional business perspective of the academic staff of BCA College and the experienced executives of the Generation Y Group, who have led hundreds of companies in their digital transformation in Greece and abroad.

The future of Marketing is Digital

The digital economy is developing by leaps and bounds, shaping new conditions of operation and competition in businesses. Digital marketing is now a key tool for any company, whether it produces products or offers services. Targeting new customers, customer service, market trend analysis and advertising have gained particular momentum with the use of digital marketing tools, to the extent that the future of most businesses depends on how well they navigate this new , globalized environment.

BCA, a pioneer in this field as well, co-created with Generation Y the new MSc Marketing (Digital Marketing) postgraduate program, which is aimed at marketing executives, but also at any professional or entrepreneur who wants to exploit the possibilities of online communication, e-commerce and internet advertising, as well as new social media. BCA College’s collaboration with renowned companies in the field: Universal Media, Reprise Media and others, as well as the network of Generation Y partners, in 24 countries around the world, contributes to the comprehensive study of digital marketing applications.

Programme Characteristics:

  1. It offers practice in real time cases of customers of the Generation Y Group, in Greece and abroad.
  2. It provides teaching both by academic partners of BCA College and by experienced executives of Generation Y, with the aim of experiential upskilling and reskilling.
  3. It covers all the subjects of digital communication and e-commerce, with a continuous update of the teaching material which follows the developments of technology.
  4. Acclaimed lecturers from companies – leaders in the field of digital marketing, teach in seminars of high added value (social media management, mobile marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Awards, e-mail marketing).
  5. Great emphasis is placed on practice. Students work on real digital communication plans, in collaboration with the companies that support the program.
  6. The Department operates in collaboration with the leading business studies and multi-award winning University of West London, which is responsible for the subject matter, examinations and awards the degrees.

All BCA programs place great emphasis on the application of academic knowledge in the real economy, so that the graduate is ready from the first moment, after completing his studies, to take up responsible positions. For this reason, distinguished companies participate in the study program with workshops, with lectures by their executives, but also with assignments and internships for the students.

Entry Requirements

Studying at BCA, you live in Greece but you are exposed to the learning experience designed and provided by a high-level British or Swiss University and you are awarded the same, Bachelor & Master degrees, awarded to UK and Swiss students., which are recognized in the Greek and international labor market. In addition, you will benefit from the digital technology with the specialized online educational platforms developed by BCA and incorporated into the Blended Learning philosophy.


The successful course of BCA is certified by the multiple awards it has received during the years of its educational operation. One of the most important prizes was its announcement of being the “COLLEGE OF THE YEAR”, awarded by the Education Leaders Awards Special Committee. The programmes of study provided by BCA College are further enriched with industrial visits, seminars and lectures organised during the year in parallel with the curriculum. These co-curricular  activities bridge the academic theory taught in classrooms with current professional practice, transfer students’ know-how and expertise in real time, and connect them with renowned executives, entrepreneurs, and people with key positions in their field.

Applicants can be admitted to the course as long as they possess:

  • a second class honours degree from a UK University, or
  • a Ptychion of 6.0 and above from  an AEI University or
  • a Ptychion of 7.0 and above from a TEI University, or
  • a Bachelor from an American University with GPA 2.75 and above or equivalent qualification.

Applicants have the option of attending the programme either in English or in Greek. Those who wish to attend our postgraduate programmes in English are required to submit one of the following certifications:

  • IELTS: a minimum score of 6.5 (with a minimum score of 5.5 in each component of the test)
  • Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): Pass at C1 level
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): C and above
  • Cambridge English: First (FCE): B and above
  • Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE): P( Pass) and above
  • Pearson Academic (PTE): 53 (with a minimum score of 51 in each component of the test)
  • BCA IELTS Placement Test: a minimum score of 6.5 (with a minimum score of 5.5 in each component of the test)
  • Other English language qualifications may be considered.

Intensive English classes are provided to those students who do not meet the English requirements.

Dr. Christina Konstantinidou

Dr. Zoi Anagnostidou graduated from the Economics Department of the University of Thessaly in 2004. Following, she received a postgraduate degree in Management with Marketing from the University of Bath (UK), and a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour from the Athens University of Economics and Business (Department of Marketing & Communications). Since 2008, she has been teaching marketing and communication and has worked as a freelance analyst-consultant on various projects. Her current research interests lie in the area of Consumer Behaviour and Psychology, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.

Dr Christina Konstantinidou holds a DBA degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University. She received an MBA with Distinction in Business Administration from Kingston University and an MA in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University.

Furthermore, she holds a BA Honours First Class in Business Management from Kingston University and a BH Honours First Class in Humanities in European Culture with a full scholarship from the Hellenic Open University.

She has extended work experience in the hospitality industry. For 23 years, she has worked as the General Manager of Porto Hydra Hotel (a 4-Star, 300 rooms hotel) with numerous awards and global distinctions. She also worked for 3 years as the General Manager of “Time Share Hellas SA” and contributed to the promotion of alternative tourism products/services. For 21 consecutive years, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Akti Plepi S.A., which contributed significantly to the advancement of the tourist destination of the prefecture of Argolida. For 8 years she was the Managing Director of the company “Diachiristiki S.A.”.

Since 2017 she has worked for BCA College as a member of its academic faculty. In 2018 she took over the Management of the Hospitality & Tourism Management department of BCA, while in 2019, she took over the General Management of BCA College.

She has extensive educational experience in the private sector. She has been a Module Leader in multiple modules delivered in BCA College in partnership with Plymouth University and in collaboration with the University of West London. Also, she has worked educationally with AGSM and the “University Degli Studio Guglielmo Marconi”.

She has been a keynote speaker at conferences and workshops of numerous Greek and multinational companies. Furthermore, she has offered several webinars under the Empowered project, powered by kariera.gr and sponsored by 3E-Coca Cola. Moreover, she has delivered multiple lectures on various projects powered by Regeneration and sponsored by Pireaus Bank. At the same time, she has volunteered her services as a mentor related to Youth and Women Empowered under the coordination of 3E-Coca Cola and kariera.gr

She has published several articles in newspapers and magazines.

The focus of her interest is on adult education, the new trends of hybrid and blended learning, the digital transformation and the tourism and hospitality sector.

All postgraduate programmes, in addition to the Master’s degree, also offer intermediate –supplementary postgraduate awards, such as the Postgraduate Certificate and the Postgraduate Diploma. These postgraduate titles, which can also be obtained with a degree or honors, are awarded to those students who have completed a part of the postgraduate course.
