Practice Teaching I (preparation)

The module will introduce students to the reality and complexity of practice in early childhood care and education environments. During this term students will conduct supervised classroom observations and will participate to the meetings of the educational teams in the schools. At this first instance students will be asked to have interactions with educational professionals and students and to engage minimally with children as the primary aim is for them to critically observe and reflect on practices, approaches and methods employed in class and in staff meetings before they actively engage with practice in Level 5.
