Macroeconomic and Microeconomic government policies / strategies are discussed thoroughly indicating their limitations and impact in an open economy. It explains the role of modern money (banking, finance, the financial system, globalisation of finance and financial institutions), refers to world trade and the global competitive environment, international trade theories and issues facing WTO.
