The HORECA exhibition, for the last 15 years, is the meeting point of professionals active in the field of Tourism, Hotels and Catering. Thus, the Department of Hotel and Tourism Business Administration of BCA organized a visit for its students, which was at the same time a lecture. The students came in contact with companies from the entire supply chain, with leading hotel and restaurant equipment companies and with technology and internet companies, which upgrade the experience of the recipient of hotel and tourism services, while at the same time facilitating management and saving energy.
The philosophy of BCA, in its 50 years of operation, is the interconnection of studies with the labor market. Students are trained to identify and utilize every innovation in order, as professionals, to create a comparative advantage for their companies. In this context, frequent apprenticeship visits to large hotel and tourist units, workshops, conferences and industry exhibitions are included.
