The Hospitality & Tourism Management Department of BCA College, designed and delivered seminar course to the General Managers and Executives of the AMALIA HOTEL GROUP

The Hospitality & Tourism Management Department of BCA College, designed and delivered a two day (6-7.3.2014) seminar course to the General Managers and Executives of the AMALIA HOTEL GROUP.

The purpose of the seminar was the training and development of the management team on contemporary business challenges and management practices in a growing and evolving tourism industry where demands for change are constant. therefore making education and expertise necessary to sustain competitive advantage.

All members of the management team had the opportunity to specialize in a number of management and marketing issues associated with the tourism industry:

  • On line and Marketing Strategy for Hotel Enterprises
  • Leadership Vs Management & emotional intelligence
  • Developing and Applying Business Strategy models for Hospitality

 

The design and process of the seminar was supervised and delivered by the following:

The seminar was held at Amalia Hotel Athens.
