The BCA Group has collaborated with Found.ation, a startup enabling platform, with the aim of connecting its students and graduates with the business environment through enabling their interaction with the start-up community.
From October, the BCA Incubator will house, all of the groups’ new business ideas, and give students and graduates, direct access to the technological “econsystem” of start-ups, through a series of organized events, such as: open-office hours, community and networking events which will feature successful representatives of the “ecosystem” and corporate innovation workshops.

The BCA Incubator events will include:

  • The creation of a special series of events titled: “Meet the Founders”, where renowned founders/CEOs, from Greece and abroad, will share their secrets and experiences with the public.
  • Startup Clinic/Open Office Hours for students and graduates of BCA/AthTech, during which the budding entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to present their business plans and receive valuable advice on the development of their idea or product.
  • Found.ation scholarship. BCA will offer a 4 year scholarship, for the completion of the BSc Business Management, to the student, who has shown strong interest in business through:
    a) participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions
    b) having created their own business
    c) showing overall innovative activity in any field.

BCA is the leading Business School in Greece, and embedded within its “DNA”, is teaching entrepreneurship in sectors where Greece has always had a competitive advantage, such as marketing, shipping and tourism.

Ηaving recognized the need for Business studies that would respond to the demands of the then growing economy; BCA taught entrepreneurship with the assistance of top professionals, who conveyed their hands on experience to their students. Much has changed since then, including the evolution of BCA from a School of Independent studies to a College offering programmes with fully recognized professional rights.

BCA’s goal however has remained unaltered: teaching entrepreneurship to students, and cultivating the mindset required for the configuration of professionals and businessmen, which will innovate and contribute to job creation. Within this context, lays the aim of the strategic partnership between BCA College and Found.ation, the largest start-up enabling platform and pioneer in its field, which is to provide the necessary skills and stimuli for developing entrepreneurs, students and graduates.
