Ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους για τους οποίους το BCA έχει κερδίσει διεθνή αναγνώριση είναι το υψηλό επίπεδο του εκπαιδευτικού του δυναμικού.
Οι καθηγητές του ΒCA είναι κάτοχοι Διδακτορικών Διπλωμάτων και Πτυχίων Master. Παράλληλα, οι περισσότεροι αποτελούν διευθυντικά στελέχη ελληνικών και πολυεθνικών εταιριών και συμμετέχουν συχνά σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα και μελέτες. Έτσι, μεταφέρουν στους σπουδαστές τόσο τις έγκυρες ακαδημαϊκές τους γνώσεις, όσο και έναν πλούτο εμπειριών - πολύτιμο εφόδιο για την άμεση επαγγελματική τους αποκατάσταση.

Eπιπλέον απο την φετινή χρονιά, την εποπτεία των ακαδημαικών θεμάτων του BCA θα έχει το νέο  πενταμελές Ακαδημαικό Συμβούλιο το οποίο απαρτίζεται από εξέχουσες ακαδημαϊκές προσωπικότητες διεθνούς κύρους και προβολής. Τα μέλη του είναι καθηγητές, γνωστοί από τη θέση τους και την προσφορά τους στην Ελληνική και διεθνή Πανεπιστημιακή εκπαίδευση γενικότερα, γεγονός που μας γεμίζει ελπίδες για την ουσιαστική συμβολή τους στην εκπαιδευτική και ερευνητική προσπάθεια του BCA.  Πιστεύουμε ότι με την πείρα και το ευρή ερευνητικό τους έργο θα συμβάλουν στον εντοπισμό των αδυναμιών και την επιτυχή αντιμετώπιση τους, καθώς και στην παραπέρα ανάπτυξή του ΒCA.
